Connect Subdivvy to Claude

Add Subdivvy as an MCP connector and ask Claude about any property in plain language.

Setup

  1. 1Open Claude and go to Settings → Connectors.
  2. 2Click Add custom connector.
  3. 3Name it Subdivvy and paste the URL https://mcp.subdivvy.com/api/mcp.
  4. 4Save, then click Connect and sign in with OAuth (or paste an API key from your Subdivvy dashboard).
  5. 5Prefer a config file? Open Developer → Edit Config and add the Subdivvy block, then restart Claude.
  6. 6Start a new chat and ask a property question — Claude calls Subdivvy's tools automatically.

Example query

Once connected, just ask:

› Find high-equity absentee owners in Tampa and score the top three.

→ Claude calls Subdivvy's tools and returns the answer, pulled live from real property data.
