Connect Subdivvy to ChatGPT

Add Subdivvy as a custom MCP connector so ChatGPT can query live property data.

Setup

  1. 1Confirm your plan supports custom MCP connectors — this lives under Developer mode and is tier-dependent.
  2. 2Open Settings → Connectors (enable Developer mode first if you don't see it).
  3. 3Choose Add custom connector and paste the URL https://mcp.subdivvy.com/api/mcp.
  4. 4Authenticate with OAuth (sign in) or an API key from your Subdivvy dashboard.
  5. 5If your plan doesn't expose custom connectors, use Subdivvy from Claude or Cursor, or call the REST API directly.
  6. 6Once connected, ask a property question and ChatGPT calls Subdivvy for you.

Once connected, just ask:

› Pull the full profile and recent comps for 1450 NE 56th St.

→ ChatGPT calls Subdivvy's tools and returns the answer, pulled live from real property data.
